REGIONAL ENGINEERING MANAGER

This position is both technical and managerial in nature and requires high levels of organizational, conceptual, engineering, communication and leadership skills.

This person must be a leader who gets things done. The Regional Engineering Manager is responsible for the quality of work performed, client service, utilization of staff, marketing, and project profitability.

The candidate must possess a minimum B.S. in Engineering along with ten or more years of technical and management leadership experience.

The Regional Engineering Manager
--Has direct overall responsibility for revenue and achieving regional goals.
--Participates in the development of fiscal budgets.
--Oversee and is responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training employees.
--Planning, assigning, and directing work.
--Appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees.
--Provides leadership on a daily basis to employees within their region.
--Will oversee new business development and develop strategies to meet profit goals will.

This position will require direct project involvement and the candidate must maintain a satisfactory client relationship and be able to relate to clients in a mature, thoughtful, professional and pleasant manner.
